I really wanted the 2fer McRib. Bride said hell no. Anyway thawed some fire roasted Pueblo Green Chile. Somewhat healthy Dusting with seasoned Arrowhead Mills and fried up in coconut oil in a 70 year old slick as glass CI Skillet. It’s the actual skillet I grew up with. It’s a spinner on a glass top, but mind your manners and she’ll treat you right. Layered (stacked :))the Fried chiles with queso (Rotel) smoked shredded chicken thighs and chopped smoked brisket. This was my meal for the day.
Amen.

Chiles were “fairly” tame. Outstanding flavor. They really are addictive.
