Well today was the day for my second time making Pig Shots and last run before I make them for the office Christmas Party on Wednesday. I smoked a pork butt yesterday, that I must say came out spot on and off the chain :clap2:

I filled some with pulled pork and cheddar cheese and some with my cream cheese mixture which this time I added a diced jalapeno to the mixture. I also did a mixture of Kielbasa Sausage and Andouille Sausage

I think I over cooked them just a tad, but they did come out pretty good.
