Scouting a South Fla Co-packer

I have a fantastic barbecue sauce that I'm trying to bottle and sell. I'm looking for recommendations for co-packers in the S. Fla. area. I need a smaller co-packer and someone who is attentive and willing to work closely with me to get the sauce right. Conversely, I would be interested to know of any co-packers that I should avoid, for whatever reason. If you would prefer to discuss privately, just leave your e-mail address.
