Cooked my second SCA comp this weekend (steak/ribs). Here are rib scores:

Appearance - 47
Texture - 47
Taste - 49.6
Overall Impression - 46

So, how is my overall impression score lower than all others?

Saw the same thing in steak category.

Any insight?
