I'm thinking of cooking this comp in July. Has anyone cooked it in the past? I'll be cooking the KCBS side and they have crazy turn-in times:

Chicken 10:05am
Buts 11:35am
Ribs 1:05pm
Brisket 2:25pm

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Since this contest is both a KCBS and an MBN event the turn-in times are adjusted to facilitate any team that is cooking both. This way turn in for ribs for KCBS is practically the same time as ribs for MBN; same for shoulder (pork).

I cooked this event last year and it was a lot of fun. its a little difficult getting to your spot if you are coming in friday morning and the areas for the teams seem to be quite a bit tighter than most places we cook. but other than that it was a great event. as for the turn in times it really helps to eliminate the really busy times where tasks overlap. I think once you rework your timeline you will see it isn't that big a deal and in fact I actually enjoyed having the additional time between turnins.
