    threw on some backs (thought they were wings in the freezer) for apps.

    then on to some shell steaks w/twice baked tatoes. added some snap peas/ bread and were set to go. the backs were sprinkled with moose's #2 rub(good stuff) and for the meat was tatonka dust and seared...........awesome!
