Does your seasonings include cure, or if not, include directions for the amount of seasonings and cure to add per pound of sausage? Similar to Hi Mountain seasonings.

You get cure, and very detailed instructions/recommendations on how to process. I recall when I made some of his smoked sausages, the instructions included grinder plate size recommendations, the additions of binder, etc. You used to be able to download all of the instructions on the site for each product. I think that went away.

Anything that is considered a smoked product will include cure. In the description it will state, cure included if you are unsure on a certain product. Directions for per pound are included on the direction sheets that come with each seasoning, and the directions are available to download from the website at any time.
