Embarrassed to say I've had this stick burner for almost 3 years, and have only fired it up 3 times. But, with an Assassin 24, WSM and several kettles, each cooker doesn't always get enough love...

Anyways, a little while back I did a few racks of St. Louis Ribs and 1/2 Chickens. Ran the smoker at about 275 - 300 with Oak, Cherry and a little Hickory. Very happy with the results and gonna make it a point to not neglect the Stick Burner in the future.
