Was in the 80's all week, rain tomorrow and snow on Monday. :shock: Figured I should grill today. And did you know there is a Throwdown going on? Will you be THE Ribeye Master? Enter to find out!

Decided on some Tatonka Dust & Southside Market Smoked Steak Seasoning.

Onto the Big Joe..

Couple quick flips and we're done.

Add a baked tater and some extra garlic butter on the steak and it's Good Eats.
