Also, noticed that Andy and Mongo wrapped their roasts in plastic wrap before tossing them in the pit. I never tried that before. Is that to keep the juices in while it's cooking or is it to keep it from getting too much smoke? :noidea:

While I can't speak for Andy and without going into a big long dissertation, I'll just have to say yes. :thumb:

Here's hoping that somebody will mark some down in the next few days. Cheapest I saw here was over $10 per pound. Saw one guy cart off a CAB bone in that was $240!
