1. My Kung Po has soybean paste as an essential ingredient (?)
and
2. I understood the Sesame oil was for flavoring after the cook was done??

I looked up recipes online and this one looked good (from cafedelites.com) but doesn't have soybean paste listed as an ingredient.


The recipe doesn't state to use Sesame oil, it simply say "cooking oil" but I really like the taste the sesame oil adds.
