Well I never never got around to chopping the SmittyJonz Select brisket tribute point and flat, then mixing all together. Sliced and stored in large meal or “day or three” amount. Set some out for breakfast of Brisket & Eggs. Brisket slices heated in bacon grease then a dash of Montreal Steak. Scrambled Eggs, sour cream, American Cheese- another dash Of Montreal Steak.
