Two things make barbecue taste the way it does. They are: flame and /or smoke. If there is no flame or smoke contacting the food then it's not BBQ.
 
Cmon. It's not in the ball park. We all know how BBQ is defined, at even at it's base. It still looks good though. I would want some.
