Ranch Dressing with Dill Weed

Dill Weed, fun to say fun to dress, dip, dunk add blue cheese etc etc. Just remember Miracle Whip is not the same as Duke's, Blue Plate, Hellmann's etc etc

Homemade Ranch

Ingredients
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp sea salt
¾ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp parsley
½ tsp chives
1 tsp dill weed
1 to 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
In a large bowl add in the sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise.
Stir in 1 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
SECOND STEP:
Using a whisk, add in each of the herbs and spices and whisk well to combine
Add more lemon juice to obtain your desired consistency.
THIRD STEP:
Place into jars or squeeze bottles and then place into the refrigerator.

I do a super simple one that I found when making a vegan cauliflower 'wing' We love it. I'll often use regular mayo for us, since it's a bit cheaper. The dill definitely makes it, it's so fast to make, and cheaper/better than the bottled versions.

1 cup Vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dill weed
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Pinch Smoked paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoons Unsweetened almond milk

Tuna salad, Chicken salad, Beef dip, and homemade pickles,pickled hot peppers, pickled green tomatoes...ect...ect All pair well with LOTS of dill.
