had hog slaughtered and got whole pork bellies salted. gonna smoke half of one today. thinking about the traeger w/mesquite and korean bbq sauce. would yall do any thing any different.:confused:
 
How long has it been in the salt? What ratio of salt to meat are you using?
Inquiring minds want to know.

the butcher salted all/ no idea on ratios. not in love with the traeger but was really cheep. mesquite is the only (FORGIVE ME) pellets that arnt sweet. lettin belly rest along with loin. sending pron in a few
