Finally had a free day to get some smokin in. Started off with beer can chicken rubbed With hot sauce, Kosmos Q cow cover, honey killer B and their beef rub. Next I did the ribs the exact same way. Pulled the chicken once the breasts hit 165 and the ribs when the bone could pull free. Topped the chicken with Blues Hog competition blend sauce and more cow cover. The ribs were glazed with Kosmos Q cherry habanero, apple habanwro rib candy by Texas Pepper Jelly and I sprinkled some Oakridge Habaneo Death Dust on them. Perfect blend of sweet heat if I must say.

If anyone likes a good spice to add to their rub this Oakridge is perfect. It has the right amount of heat and flavor to bring your Q to the next level.
