S Seadog92 Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match. Joined May 27, 2017 Location Tacoma WA Oct 27, 2023 #1 Back in 2015, I dry cured 3 hams. Somehow 1 got "lost", and I just found it. It's hard, but otherwise looks great. How should I go about preparing this for eating?
