Quintessential Chatty Farker
It’s VBS at our church this week. 325 mouths to feed. Several guys chipped in, including myself, to smoke up 25 pork butts for tonight’s dinner. Due to various allergies, we had to keep it ultra simple with a salt/pepper rub. I’ve never done that on butts before, but it created a tasty bark! Being more of a sweet pork bark kinda guy, it made for a nice change. Here’s my contribution coming off the smoker
