We had a little mysterybox comp like last year...there were 20 people competing and Brethren/my teammate Niek scored 2nd place together with Padawan.

Don't know if there are other Caja China's in Europe...I haven't seen them during comps or on the Dutch or German Brethren Phorum.

Sort of...that guy has Indonesian blood.
There was porkneck in there and beef blade roast.
In Indonesia they use the same technique with the bananaleaves.

It's just a wooden board with nails in it...it was meant for holding the mussels while burning under a bed of pineneedles.
