Phubar's Lowland Smokers @ Little Birthday BBQ Gig Pron

At the last comp we spoke to a very nice couple...they are just 2 months young on the Dutch BBQ Phorum and are quite eager to learn some tips and tricks from the BBQ.

Yesterday it was the boy's birthday...his girlPhriend surprised him by letting a part of the Lowland Smokers (Padawan,Dennessey and I) show up to give him a little workshop.

Cool thing was that they put up a little jar so people could donate some money to the Lowland Smokers for the Jack.
We were really surprised when we Phound out how much was in there!


On the menu was:

-terrace major tortilla wraps
-pork tenderloin kalbi kui style
-picanha with BBQ risotto
-pineapple with stroopwafel and Greek yoghurt
