Pastrami Friday and more Inkbird Testing

Since I last posted about quickly getting an Inkbird IBBQ-4T i've only used it a few times, but it seems to work really well for me.

Got a pastrami on right now and just wrapped it around 150.

The Inkbird app was easy to set up and you just select the temp probe and put in a temp and it beeps when it's supposed to. Connecting to wifi was easy and seems to work anywhere I am which is cool. I haven't used multiple probes at a time yet.

Anyways we'll see how the pastrami comes out :mrgreen:

Chopped some, sliced some and had it with fries. Mine were cheese fries, but didn't get a a pick of that. That Inkbird works well. I could never get my pitboss wifi to connect to their app and had trouble with the Gorilla grills one I had too, but the Inkbird connects easy and does it's job.

Be careful my IB 4 blue tooth only lasted about 5 years of moderate to heavy usage. Think I paid less than $40 during one of their promos.
