Bought me some hemp seeds in the supermarket a while back...this is part of a "PowerPhood" trend that is been going on over here this year.
Since Padawan and I like a theme for our Phriday night cooking I decided to cook with cannabis cause we had the hempseeds.
I had a bag of weed trimmings lePhtover so I wanted to experiment with that.
Made a "Weed Stock","Buddha Bouillon" and "Bud Butter" to inPhuse with the dishes.
"Weed Stock" and "Bud Butter" made out of weed trimmings,water,orange,lime,jalapenos,butter,lePhtover pork sausage and porkbelly Phat.
"Buddha Bouillon" made out of olive oil,carrots,cellery,onion,garlic,weed trimmings,salt,pepper.
Iberico pork racks were seasoned with salt,pepper and smoked bud...smoked on weed stems.
-starter "Skunk Squid" with "Bud Butter" on toast (Padawan,Phubar)
-main course Iberico "Pot Pork" racks with ""Hemp Seed Salad","Ganja Guacamole" and "Pot Pico de Gallo" (Phubar)
-dessert "Mary Jane Mango Mousse" with "Cannabis Cashew Chocolate Sauce" (Padawan's Brother,Phubar)
