nicely done, Guerry! some of my favorite meals have been thrown together on the fly with whatever I had laying around at the time.
 
Can you share the recipe for the chipped creamy dish?!? Looks awesome

Would you mind sharing the recipe for the cream chipped pig - looks excellent. I have about 7 pounds of pulled pork from the holidays that I need to use.

It was really very simple. I made a roux with 4 TBS butter and 4 TBS flour. Let it get lightly brown and added about 2 1/2 cups of hot water with 3 tsp of Knorr's chicken boullion powder stirred in, very gradually while whisking. Let it sit for a moment and added about 1/3 cup of sour cream and freshly ground black pepper then added the pork. Turned the heat to simmer. If too thin let reduce. If too thick add a little more water.
