Not to beat a dead horse, but if I were to keep only one grill (I feel sick), I'd keep my Weber performer. It is versatile beyond anything else I've had/used. And it can put out some good smoke. For years I used a smokenator on it, with a hovergrill.
 
Between the two, Acorn, especially if the use is biased towards grilling. Like the suggestions for a 26"kettle + slow and sear or kettle (which could be used) + PBC as well
