Doesn't get much better than that. Very good of you to make such a meal and not be able to enjoy it fully. Call or go to Sams and it takes about a day unless you go early to get plate ribs. Ask butchers is they have any short ribs not cut yet. If not you can request them to hold some for you. It's nice being able to get them when I want now
 
Mongo, after reviewing your mouth watering post here, I see no evidence of Mongols, Mongolian spices or seasoning techniques, nor even Mongolian BBQ. You might want to hurry up and explain...
