Nice looking cooker, but I have a word of caution if you want to run it dry, put a barrier between the bottom of the firebox and the grease. If you allow the grease to gather on the bottom of the water pan, and there is no barrier, you'll end up with one heck of a grease fire. I allowed my Backwoods to run dry once (Too many beers), and when I opened the door, instant fire bomb. SCARY! Good luck. Can't wait to see food pron.
