Montreal Steak Seasoning on Baby Backs?

just used the the low sodium version on some country style ribs this week, turned out pretty good but my wife thought they should be saltier.:mmph:

I've used the Spicy Montreal on ribs before, mixed with some sweeter stuff. It worked out alright.

After seeing this, I tried it last night. I used the Montreal Steak Seasoning with a little bit of extra garlic. left half the rack "as is", and glazed the other half with Sweet Baby Rays, really like both profiles.

I would give it a quick spin in a coffee grinder first, however. This bits are a bit big for a lot of folk's taste.

A Magic Bullet works well for this too, if you have one.
