Assemble the ingredients, including the elusive premade beef meatballs.

Decided to smoke some salt while the smoker was going. Added a cup to a small sheet pan.

Into the FEC they go.

Whipped up some Raspberry, maple, bourbon glaze. RED!

Glazed, plated, extra bacon...

Actually it was a little on the sweet side, should have added some acid in there and should have skipped the honey entirely, even though I only put a small bit in.
