Meatloaf & Mac N Cheese

Going to do a meatloaf and some mac n cheese tomorrow. Any suggestions for pellet choice? I have pecan, oak, cherry and a little bit of apple to choose from.

Big fan of both cherry (beef, pork, lamb, etc) and pecan (poultry). With the mac & cheese I'd go the pecan route.
