Both seasoned with Q-Salt

Great looking mac, and the side dish is to die for.....


Every time you post photos of that grill, I drop hints to Mrs. G-man. Love it!
 
Those Ribeyes look GREAT. the Mac N Cheese too. Those are some of the best looking Ribeyes I've seen in a long time.

Whatever you do, don't get on the wrong side of the Rancher/Butcher you got those from.

Yes, I’m very fortunate to have a local processor/butcher 3 miles south of me.

The beef on the last two halves I bought has been phenomenal.
