I’m making pepper stout beef for dinner this event and know I’ll have at least 1.5-2lbs leftover. I was thinking I could use it in a chili tomorrow. Does anyone have a recipe that will work? I’m using the Wolfe Pit recipe if that helps. Thanks!
I would think any chili recipe would probably work. I usually throw a 28oz can of diced tomatoes, a can of tomato sauce, onion, a few cloves of garlic, can of chili or pinto beans, and the meat into a crockpot with Sucklebuster's chili seasoning. Let that cook on low throughout the day and then have a big bowl for dinner.
