Kirkland Brand Briquettes

As a long time KPro guy I'd consider giving B&B a hard look if you haven't.

I hated the Kirkland. Never again. I, too, hope that they replace the Kingsford Professional with this garbage.

I meant that I hope that they DON'T replace the KPro.

Briquettes??

Hmm...interesting.

I gave up on briquettes quite awhile ago and have only done lump charcoal.

I'm actually a little surprised at how many here seem to use the briquettes....?

I've always been afraid of the binders and potentially unknown chemicals in briquettes and have opted for the more natural lump.

Anyone game to make a case and a USE CASE for using briquettes, rather than lump?

More even and longer burn. Better performance and value IMO. High end briquettes have few binders.
