Just put fresh Hickory pellets in the Ronco, and Planned for some nice burgers to break them in while the weather is agreeable. Also fired up the flat top to toast buns and finish cook some potatoes for a side. Made 1/2# Angus Patties that I pressed in a 5" as the guest of honor. Anyway, here is what I ended up with. Jon's got Wisconsin Extra Sharp on toasted onion rolls, I opted for a large Kaiser with Swiss.

Thanks guys! I've been on a thin patty kick lately, one of the best parts of burgers is that you can change the taste and style of them pretty much at will. So a real big and thick Angus burger was a delicious change!
