Was a smokey, and I just moved to a master forge. Does the trick! Cooking a 12 lb butt/leg right now photos in about 7 hours.

I might have to try a propane cooker. Charcoal is getting too expensive. lol.

It is so much easier.. Set temp - walk away.. Only return to add water and chips as needed.
