Hi everyone!

First post so I thought I would share some Malcom Reed inspired jerk pork on the pit barrel cooker ( smoked for 3 hours and wrapped for 1.5 hours with a final 20 minutes for the sauce to set)
It stopped raining in the U.K. for the first time in two weeks so I thought I would take advantage.
Great forum, very informative!
