When I was a Japanese gardener, we would hit up a restaurant for curry at lunch, if we wanted Mapo Tofu, we went to a different one. End of day was always sake and sushi at Yutake's place. I ate a lot of curry.
 
You really took the time an effort to craft a quality dish from the ground up! Looks Amazing! Really wish I could get a taste!!!
