Funny that this popped up after what happened last night at my house.



We were sitting on the couch last night flipping through the channels and pass food network or cooking channel and I stop and say "Hey, that's David Klose!".

After a few minutes the show goes on to explain who he is and that the joint just down the road from his house uses one of his pits. It was then that she realized what had happened and turns to me and sarcastically says, "...You know BBQ pit builders names on SIGHT instantly, but can't remember most of my friends' names and they have been in our house?".


......Yes.....yes I do. Card carrying BBQ nerd.:heh::heh:

Seasoned with HDD. Came out amazing!
Melted some sharp cheddar on it and dropped it in a toasted English muffin coated with butter.
