First off, thanks to Big George's BBQ for his Turkey Burger recipe. I didnt get pics of that one, but it was a huge hit today as well!

Found a great price on hamburger yesterday at the store, ive never seen it this cheap! I had the last of my smoked pepper jack that I did as well, chopped up and mixed it with the burger.

Added Oakridge Brisket Black Ops to it and used my handy tool to make the perfect size patties :) Sprinkled some Weber Gourmet Burger seasoning on top before tossing on the grill.

Used some Bushes Homestyle, added some chopped cooked bacon, black pepper, honey and a shot of Jack to them and threw them on to heat up.

Used some Hickory briquettes today from Kingsford with a few chunks of Oak.

Threw the burgers on, added cheese to melt at the end. Built the burgers with slices of Bacon, fresh Tomatoes, Bib Lettuce, Pickles and some mustard. Was a huge hit, great way to spend about an hour building some lunch on a gorgeous day.

And I finished it off with a Sam Adams Light....kind of like getting a Big Mac with a Diet Coke right?
