Not very nice outside here, slow steady rain, high humidity. And looks like a few more days of it. So indoors again I stay. Had two 1# each breasts, coated them in yellow mustard and, I don't use commercial stuff often, but chose Grill Mates Chipotle Roasted Garlic as a coating since it was last minute. Anyway, seared nicely in cast iron and brought up to 152 internal. Wrapped and rested while I set up the sides, carrots and sour cream and chive mashed. Sliced and served. Fork went through the chicken like hot butter. Great weekend to all!!
