When our government agencies gets involved with anything, never expect the best. Look how we can travel out of country for cancer treatments that we can't get here.

Good point. They allowed brain and spinal tissue into cattle food, which the US didn't. They learned from us, maybe we will from them.

Now, having eaten raw chicken, the question I would pose is, why? It's not an easy texture.
