I'm so excited, Costco Nashua NH had prime brisket...

I always read about you guys getting USDA Prime brisket for a great price. I don't have Costco very close and I sort of assumed Nashua NH (almost an hour away) would not likely carry briskets.

We had to head that way to meet friends tonight so we stopped in and low and behold, USDA Prime packers for 3.50/lb. I pay between $5 and $7/lb for choice usually.

They had whole pork belly also. I stocked my fridge. I cancelled my BJ's membership renewal since it's worth it to go to Nashua.

Hey Frey-
We make the 1hr 20 min drive from Kennebunk, ME to the Costco in Nashua. Was always questioning the meat guy - why no Primes? He said NJ was getting them all and no demand in NH or MA. My suggestion was get them and see.
Last time I was their 4 months ago they had 5 of the Primes. Got me 2. Also, next time you're there - do yourself a favor and get ya some Kerry Gold Irish Butter. It's the bomb!
