Well if I get the enclosed offset imma buy a 16' enclosed trailer were I can roll it in and out with ease and have heating air condition in the cooker

I have a Myron Mixon MMS 48 and it's truly a beast.....love it. its the only high end smoker i've owned so I can't comment on the others being mentioned, but i do love the one i have.
