That looks amazing! Smoked fish is a favorite of mine......you look like you smoke a lot so I have a question....does that smoker smell like fish? I hear mixed opinions on smoking fish leaving your smoker drinking like fish and ruining other foods. I've cooked tons of fish in my weber kettle and never noticed a fish odor, but I'm kinda nervous about loading my wsm up with salmon or trout. I do notice that my cast irons smell like fish and if I don't let them really get hot the next thing I cook will have a fishy essence.....what are your thoughts?
