*Disclaimer- this is not the only way to cook chicken
- you can use parts other than legs
- I have no association with Kent Rollins, this recipe popped up on my feed and it looked good enough to try
I thought that I would try this recipe because it looked amazing and I like spicy food. The spice was definitely there, but not so much that you couldn't enjoy or taste the other flavors. The sauce was outstanding on it's own, and if you don't want to go through the motions of preparing the entire recipe, it would go really well on your wings, however you want to prepare them.
The chicken in the brine, dried off and seasoned with a store brand chicken seasoning.
On the grill, indirect.
First glaze, done and added a final glaze while resting, and my plated shot with asparagus and broccoli rice.
Don't expect the skin to be bite through, the brine spoils that, but I will definitely be doing this one again.
Thanks for looking.
