I Should Have Known...

I live in rural northeast Georgia, and there are 3 or 4 bbq places nearby, and each has a different forte'. Most of the bbq is chopped and dry, smothered in sauce. One of the better known places cooks hams, not butts. All do ribs, chicken and q, only one does brisket. All are decent, OK, but not worth going out of the way for.
That said, each has their own following of folks. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. It's frustrating to go for bbq and get chopped and dry pork.
