Ribeyes are just about my favorite cut of beef for grilling. Hanger steaks are a close second. I picked up a few nice ones for dinner tonight.

Seasoned up with Salt Lick, Salt Lick and Fiesta Steak Seasoning (bottom). Hard to tell the difference in the picture, but the Fiesta has less cayenne.

Fired up the Weber and threw on some spuds.

Seasoned up some asparagus with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

They went over direct when they hit ~120 internal. Then I threw on the asparagus.
