I’m the youngest of six kids and my mom used to make spam fried rice and it was soo good! Now I smoke it, fry it and still use it for fried rice! You’re a lucky man!

The last Spam I had was the morning after the Texas Spring Bash, thanks to Smitty Jones.
Mrs Fan was SO looking forward to it at the Bash, but the wind was too much for her.
Smitty sent a whole smoked Spaminal home with me.
We had Spam omelets the next morning.
They were awesome!
