Full Fledged Farker
Made some pastrami out of a piece of rump roast.
Grilled some veggies.
Served with rib tips and candid carrots and salad
The carrots are roasted in the oven with sliced orange wedges , brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.
The roasted veggies were tossed with fresh spinach, EVOO,balsamic vinegar cranberries, orange flavored raisins and sesame seeds.
