Rib Tips, Sausage, Cheesecake and More (pics)

Smoked up some sausage and rib tips today as we had some family in town. Finally stopped raining here enough to want to get out and cook . Figured I would share the pics real quick.

This picture is awful, but tried a roasted sweet potato salad recipe. Was really good. I normally do a roasted red potato salad and have been wanting to try it with sweet potatoes

Ya randomly saw the sweet potato recipe and decided to try it. It is different. Definitely more sweet vs savory.

Looks great Jason. Once I get this new pit, I'll be able to go back to buying full "spares" instead of SLC's. I like them long bones with the tips attached...
