Hello everyone.
I’m Darrell. I’ve been smoking meat for a few years now but I keep myself In the easy, low effort arena. I went from a Webber kettle to a gas cabinet smoker (hated it) to a pellet grill. Seems the pellet grill fits me best for effort and flavor profile.
Im here to gleen knowledge, learn prep and seasoning, find new ideas of what to cook.
